Écarts inter-programmes mis en évidence par réconciliation mécanique. Ce sont des entités présentes dans un programme mais pas dans un autre, où les critères se recoupent généralement. Les administrateurs nationaux utilisent cette liste pour trouver des candidats à proposer pour inclusion dans leur propre programme.
Règles mécaniques, confiance-1. Chaque résultat est calculé à partir des données des programmes, pas d'un jugement humain. Ici, cela signifie « mérite un examen plus poussé », pas « automatiquement éligible ». L'inclusion finale revient toujours à l'administrateur du programme. Quand vous ajoutez une entité manquante dans votre programme, elle disparaît de cette liste à la prochaine synchronisation.
